Critical Care Physician wanted to provide inpatient ICU care in a 23-bed unit with an average daily census of ~7 patients. Work 12-hour day shifts on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule (including weekends). Inpatient-only role—no outpatient responsibilities—and no additional call. MD/DO with critical care experience. Practice at a 226-bed acute care medical center named a 100 Top Hospital nationally for three consecutive years and ranked in the top 5% for patient safety.
