Central Valley Community Health Network offers state-of-the-art Health Centers in Kern, Kings, Tulare, and Fresno Counties. Services include Medical, Women's Health, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Chiropractic, Optometry, and Specialty services. Patient-Centered Health Home operates Mon-Fri 9-5 with 4/10 opportunities, open to part-time. Call is one week per quarter (from home). We also offer a 1099 position - paid per encounter. Utilizes NextGen EMR. Accepts H1B and J1 Visas. Will consider a 2026 resident.
Generous Compensation packet includes:
* Salary Range $255K to $300K. Stipends may be offered at rural Health Centers
* Sign on Bonus. $50K

Wasco is a small town characterized by its agricultural connections and proximity to Bakersfield. The area around Wasco includes numerous orchards, and roses are a significant product. Known as the “Rose Capital of the World,” Wasco grows more than half of all roses in the country. Located 25 miles from Bakersfield, Wasco has several museums, including the Wasco Historical Museum, the Wasco County Museum, and the Wasco County Courthouse Museum. The town also offers various outdoor recreational activities, such as hiking trails, fishing spots, and golf courses.
