Central Valley Community Health Network offers state-of-the-art Health Centers in Kern, Kings, Tulare, and Fresno Counties. Services include Medical, Women's Health, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Chiropractic, Optometry, and Specialty services. Patient-Centered Health Home operates Mon-Fri 9-5 with 4/10 opportunities, open to part-time. Call is one week per quarter (from home). We also offer a 1099 position - paid per encounter. Utilizes NextGen EMR. Accepts H1B and J1 Visas. Will consider a 2026 resident.
Generous Compensation packet includes:
- Salary Range $250K to $300K. Stipends may be offered at rural Health Centers
- Sign on Bonus. $50K
- Retention bonus of $20K
- Relocation $4K within California or $6K
